Expert consultations: paid sessions with Jenny Gaekel, coordinated via WhatsApp.

4. Free Usage Limits

Unregistered users may ask up to 5 free AI questions per session. This limit resets when you create a free account. Creating an account is free and gives you unlimited access to the AI assistant and all tools.

The 5-question limit is displayed clearly on the chat page before you begin.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automation, scraping, or account creation abuse.
Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Reproduce or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including guides, templates, FAQ content, and design — is the exclusive property of Jenny Gaekel. Personal use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without prior written authorization is prohibited.

AI-generated responses are provided for personal informational use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenny Gaekel and ReloGuide are not liable for:

Decisions made based on AI responses or platform content.
Inaccuracies resulting from changes in law or administrative procedures.
Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for services, if any.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the competent courts shall be those of Jenny Gaekel's professional domicile in Germany.
